Directions & Care:
Wash and dry your feet thoroughly. Slip the sleeve on so that the gel pad is directly over the arch. DO NOT place this product over open wounds. Remove for at least four hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Before reusing, hand wash, allow to air dry and sprinkle lightly with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
